You can prepare Sweet Earth Butter’s Chik’n in two ways.
For a quick and easy meal, simply slit the film on the bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove the film entirely, stir, and then replace the film. Cook again on high for an additional 30 seconds.
Alternatively, preheat your oven to 375° F and transfer the food to an oven-safe dish, cover it with foil, place on the center rack, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and re-cover. Cook for an additional 18 minutes and then carefully remove and leave to cool for 2 minutes.
